Abstract
This study examined the role of positive psychology, particularly psychological flow, in enhancing public service performance and governance in Samar. Using an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, quantitative and qualitative data were collected from Local Government Unit employees recognized under the Seal of Good Local Governance. The research explored how flow experiences influence employee engagement, productivity, and well-being in public institutions.
