This study presents the development of a Legislative Management and E-Session System for the Sangguniang Bayan of LGU Motiong, Samar, aimed at enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of local legislative operations. The research addresses the limitations of traditional paper-based processes, which often result in delays, difficulty in tracking legislative measures, and challenges in document management.
